Project overview

The Leeds Institute of Teaching Excellence provides a fellowship scheme that supports Professional Service Colleagues to conduct research into the wider aspects of student experiences and learning. Our project's aim is to discover the fellow's experiences in conducting a research project, with attention to the impact on their professional practice, professional development and on the university. We are working towards this by conducting interviews and performing a reflexive thematic analysis. I am also producing a booklet that describes the fellow's perspectives of completing a LITE fellowship.
