LITE fellows Richard Harris, Madeleine Pownall, and Pam Birtill have recently been awarded a LITE Fellowship to explore a ‘global citizenship education’. In the first of a series of ‘Global Citizenship Conversations’ we want to develop our understanding of what is understood by Global Citizenship - it is a vague, messy and complicated label. This is an opportunity for staff to discuss what is meant by global citizenship in the context of Higher Education. Future discussions will focus on how we might embed this approach into the new Leeds curriculum.

The first Global Citizenship conversation will take place on Thursday May 5th 10-11 am. You can sign up for the event here.
