Transferable Skills Through the Curriculum Network

The Transferable Skills through the Curriculum network focuses on both academic development and the skills needed to succeed in the workplace. It  brings together practitioners from across the University interested in embedding employability within the curriculum.

Themes covered by the network include curriculum design (including authentic assessment); techniques for mapping and measuring employability related interventions; engaging with employers in the co-creation and delivery of the curriculum, and, the opportunity for forming collaborations on scholarly activity.

The network leads are Samantha Pugh, Associate Professor in STEM Education, and Sarah Wenham, Employability and Placements Manager,  Faculty of Social Sciences.
