Megan Kime

Dr Megan Kime is Head of Digital Student Education in the Digital Education Service (DES), with responsibility for the quality of student education for online courses developed by DES.

She works closely with academics from across the University to lead the development of new online distance learning (ODL) programmes at taught postgraduate level.

Her academic background is in philosophy, and she spent six years leading online MA programmes in ethics at the University’s Centre for Inter-disciplinary Applied Ethics (IDEA) before moving to the Digital Education Service.

Megan was awarded a University Student Education Fellowship (USEF) in 2013/14. She is leading a 2018 Teaching Enhancement Project on preparation for Masters study.
