Katie Livesey

Katie is the Research Officer for LITE and supports the delivery of Institute projects and activities.

The main focus of her role is to support the Teaching Enhancement Fellows and Teaching Enhancement Project Leaders, organising workshops and seminars and disseminating and promoting good practice.

She has a wide range of experience in learning and teaching in further and higher education and is passionate about the student experience and has a particular interest in student engagement.

She has been involved in a number of cross institution projects and initiatives including delivering a Footsteps Fund project around student attendance at the British Conference of Undergraduate Research and working with the International Student Office on student registration and welcome.

Katie’s ethos is to create a positive sense of community built on mutual support and appreciation and a commitment to achieving successful outcomes.
