Bookings open and first keynote announced for SEC/DigiFest2018

BOOKINGS ARE now open for the Student Education Conference and Digital Festival 2018 – and the first keynote speaker has been announced.

Celebrated digital education consultant Helen Beetham, who specialises in digital capability, citizenship and wellbeing, will deliver the DigiFest keynote on the first day of next year’s event which will explore The Co-creation of Education as its overarching theme.

Sessions over the two days – on Thursday 4th and Friday 5th of January – will examine sub-themes of staff-student partnerships, collaborations between academics, technicians and professional staff, and curriculum design involving external partners.

Keynote speakers for the SEC, on the second day, will describe the experience of delivering an international, cross-institutional programme of education and will be announced shortly.
